These tickets are strictly non-refundable, under any conditions.

The BUSFEST CREW, and our SPONSORS WELCOME YOU TO THE WORLD’S LARGEST FESTIVAL FOR OWNERS & ENTHUSIASTS OF THE VW TRANSPORTER.  HERE ARE YOUR JOINING INSTRUCTIONS

• Tickets are none refundable and none transferable once issued as per the Terms and conditions agreed by you when you made your booking.
• Follow the AA Signage to the Three Counties Showground, Malvern (not your Sat Nav’s).
• Gates will open at 09.00 Saturday & Sunday.
• Please do NOT turn up at the Show ground before these times.
• Please either bring tickets on your phone or print out and have ready to be scanned on arrival.
• If you have ordered more than one pass & tickets for your friends/relations) PLEASE make sure they have their own passes & tickets BEFORE they get to the showground.
• ALL tickets will be exchanged for WRISTBANDS once you get to the site.
• Please ensure you do not bring fire pits as Fires are not allowed, BBQ’s are okay for cooking food only
