Club Camping Unit

You will be asked for the Club Code at the checkout. This must match the club name selected below for the order to be completed.

The BUSFEST CREW, and our SPONSORS WELCOME YOU TO THE WORLD’S LARGEST FESTIVAL FOR OWNERS & ENTHUSIASTS OF THE VW TRANSPORTER.  HERE ARE YOUR JOINING INSTRUCTIONS;

• Tickets are none refundable and none transferable once issued as per the Terms and conditions agreed by you when you made your booking.
• One camping unit is for a camper van, motorhome. Pitch size is 7m x 7m, if your vehicle is greater than 7m long or is combination of vehicle towing second unit (Trailer / Caravan) then additional unit must be purchased.
• Follow the AA Signage to the Three Counties Showground, Malvern (not your Sat Nav’s).
• CLUB CAMPING TICKETS follow route to the YELLOW GATE banding station
• • Gates will open between 10.00 – 24.00 on FRIDAY 11th SEPTEMBER
  • Gates will open between 09.00 – 24.00 on SATURDAY 12th SEPTEMBER
  • Gates will open between 09.00 – 18.00 on SUNDAY 13th SEPTEMBER
  • Please use Yellow gate outside of the above times, Yellow gate is open from 10.00 – 24.00 Friday and 9.00 – 24.00 Saturday and 9.00 -18.00 Sunday
• Please do NOT turn up at the Show ground before these times.
• Please either bring tickets on your phone or print out and have ready to be scanned on arrival.
• If you have ordered more than one pass & tickets for your friends/relations) PLEASE make sure they have their own passes & tickets BEFORE they get to the showground.
• The camping unit ticket needs to match the vehicle registration number it was purchased for.
• ALL tickets will be exchanged for WRISTBANDS once you get to the site.
